We provide registered office facility at our address and will forward mail as arranged.

CORPORATE DIRECTOR

We can provide nominee directors for qualifying clients who do not wish to be found on public record, or company that requires a local director to comply with the Singapore Companies Act. A suitable indemnity is to be given by the company to protect our nominee directors.

BUSINESS ADDRESS SERVICE

For clients who wish to maintain a business presence in Singapore, we can offer our business address service which has a dedicated telephone line and registered office facility. Mail forwarding service is available for clients using this address and the occasional telephone message can be taken.

APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT/ DEPENDENT PASS & PERMANENT RESIDENCE

We can assist in the application for Employment & Dependent Passes as well as permanent residence for your expatriate staff.
